Bing connection FAQs
Don’t my customers search on Google anyway?
Most do. But Copilot is on every Windows computer, and DuckDuckGo and ChatGPT lean on Bing’s index. Whoever searches that way only finds sites that are well registered there, and that traffic never shows up in your Google numbers.
Does this show the same as the Google connection?
The same kind of numbers, from a different search engine: queries, pages and issues. It is exactly the gap between the two that is interesting. A page that sinks on Google but scores on Bing tells you something about that page.
What do I need to connect?
An account with Bing Webmaster Tools where your website is registered. That takes a few minutes. Then you give FlowCore read access to your site in Bing Webmaster Tools (or we set that up together with you), and the numbers appear in your console automatically.
Can FlowCore change anything on my site?
No. Nothing changes on your website or your settings. The only thing we ever send to Bing is a page that you submit yourself for indexing. You can disconnect the connection again at any time.
