Questions about the review analysis
Why is replying to reviews important?
Because your reply is read by everyone who comes after that customer. A calm response to an angry review often convinces more than ten glowing messages. And a profile where nobody ever replies looks like a business where nobody is watching.
Can I have an unfair review removed?
Only if it violates Google's policy: profanity, spam, a competitor, or something that clearly is not about your business. A rightfully critical review does not disappear, and it does not need to, because a good reply does more than a removal.
How many reviews do I need?
There is no general number that applies to every business. Count, average rating and recency together provide context. So compare mainly with earlier measurements and with similar businesses in the same market.
Does the scan read the text of my reviews?
Yes. The scan shows the ten newest review texts with the replies alongside them. It does not group topics, does not look for recurring words and does not perform sentiment analysis.
