From finding to correction

Choose a source and see what was found, what it is compared with and what evidence the report provides. Filter for discrepancies to go straight to the websites that need attention.

FlowCore keeps the details from every measurement. This allows a later scan to also search for your previous number or address, while Google does not keep that history.

How FlowCore finds outdated details

The scan reports what other websites show and changes nothing itself. FlowCore does not contact those websites. You receive the source and, where the discrepancy can be substantiated, a screenshot so you can request a correction yourself.

From reference to result

01Your Google Business Profile is the reference for your name, phone number, address and opening hours.
02We search using your name, domain and phone number. From the second scan onwards, we also search using your previous number and address.
03We read up to fifty websites found, check whether they are about your business and show what matches or differs for each source.

What the report keeps

The value found and the current reference side by side
The source URL and the exact field that differs
A screenshot when the discrepancy can be substantiated
Unreadable sources listed separately and excluded from your score

Questions about listings elsewhere

Does FlowCore change those listings itself?

No. The scan reads other websites and reports what is shown. We never contact a directory or a trade site ourselves, and we have no access to them either. You get the source URL and a screenshot, so you can request the correction yourself from whoever manages that page.

Why aren't my Facebook and Google pages included?

Because those are measured elsewhere. In this scan your Google Business Profile is exactly the reference everything is compared against, and the profile itself is checked by the local SEO scan. Your own website is left out too: that comparison already sits in the local scan.

What does "not readable" mean for a website?

That we did not measure that page. Some directories forbid automated reading in their robots.txt, and we respect that without exception. Others sit behind a security barrier we do not bypass: we never get past a login wall or a captcha. That kind of website does not count towards your score, because a page we did not read cannot be called wrong either.

How do you know a page is about my business?

A name alone proves nothing, because the same business name often exists in multiple towns. We only compare when at least two characteristics match, for example name and town, or phone number and address. If a page does not reach that threshold, it is not compared with your profile and does not count towards your score, so it is never marked as wrong.
